My Family Search in RootsMagic worked fine for several months, but now when I click on a person to see what information Family Search has about them, I get an Error message. Joan - What I've found is that it appears as though the person has been moved or had other changes that exclude our match. I unmatch that person and then search for matches to relocate and re-match the person. Don't know if that's the "right" way to do it - but it works for me. I bet "The Roots Magician" has the solution at hand and will jump in. What version of RootsMagic? Look for when and by whom the person was last edited. It could be that there was a duplicate, and someone combined tghem, and theb reference number changed. In RM 6 it is unfortunately not possible to edit the FamilySearch reference number in cases like that.
