I suggest you wait until the last minute to copy your database to Ipad. Then you won't be making to your main database and the Ipad copy will be current. Using a notepad type you can copy any data you receive on the trip and wait to add it to your main database. This way you will know what you already have and what is still missing. Have a good trip.
