Hi Listers, I am trying to create a focus group for a single family and am having no luck. I can't seem to be able to ma,e the group, therefore I can't manipulate it because I never gets formed. Here are the steps I've taken. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong : 1. I select the Group button from the Index Sidebar. The Group Sidebar comes up. 2. There are no groups listed. I select the Group button (top right in sidebar) and Named Group Window comes up. It's empty. 3. I select New. I get the Select People Window. I make my selections. 4. At this point, I click on the Mark Group Button, and select Descendents including spouses. So far, I have not named the group nor have I been asked to name the group. At this point, I don't know what to do. If I hit Next, I'm told it can't find a match. So Next is not what I thought it was. I don't know what to do next. Did I do something wrong, leave out a step.
