Thanks for all the replies. Been years since I have done SQL but I might give it a try. If I do i'll share. mike On Sunday, February 15, 2015 3:52 AM, "[email protected]" <[email protected]> wrote: SEND REQUESTS FOR CHANGES TO YOUR MAILINGS TO: [email protected] NOT TO THE MAIL LIST. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message Today's Topics: 1. You can use the calculator to subtract dates but only for one person at a time. I can't even think of a possible custom report that would give you what you want. You could create a custom report containing marriage dates and divorce dates (and/or death dates). Then export the data to Excel and do the calculation there. It may output them in the order the facts were entered and thus mix up on the same line facts from two couples. I suspect the only way to do this reliably is an export to some software that does give that report or to develop a custom SQLite query of the RootsMagic database. It's not a great idea, but at least a possibility. In RM there is no built in way to calculate the combination of dates to relationships. Knowing you, you probably could do it with SQLite. ?
