    3. I have recently moved from TMG to Rootsmagic. When I try to email a family group sheet I get the following error message: "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel." I use gmail. How do I install it in Rootsmagic? Many Thanks. Margaret

    3. That means you have no e-mail client installed on your computer. Probably you are reading gmail in a web browser. RM is looking for a stand-alone email client - Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc This is the program that Windows will recognise as your default email program, and will use it, for example, to respond to 'mailto' links on web pages. Are you accessing Gmail via an email program, or your Internet browser? -- Regards Dave
