Did you try with a second flash drive or put the flash drive in a different usb slot? There must be some quirk with the computer you are using. I have not tried a cd in years, so cannot comment on that process. And to a cd burner I get a message that says there is an error on SQL and it won't let me proceed. When I talked to RM a few months ago about a similar problem she said that she would set me up to do my backups to my flash drive. And I saw on the screen when I went to file and backup that it was going to my F drive which is where my flash drive is. Then I hit back up and it said ok.
