Under Apps on GMAIL there is a GMAIL OFFLINE. It must be used with Chrome Browser. I keep a tab open on my Browser with Gmail on it. When I want to send anything I copy and paste it into a new email to the person. It is in the body of the email that way. I have not used GMAIL OFFLINE as yet since I don't use Chrome. I put it on here as a choice. When you use the print on RM, it asks if you want to view it first. You also have the choice of location. If NOT sending to a LIST you can send this as an attachment in your email. Sharing with family is one of RMs both features and needs. Using a CD/DVD you can send whatever you want of your database. You can share by using a password protected webpage. Very simple to use in RM 7 and free. These are some of the choices for RM and email. CD"s and DVD's can't be sent email of course.
