Corruption is in the eye of the beholder... The Database Tools and Export will catch certain kinds of corruption that affect the structure of the database but not errors in the data that are the result of user decisions and actions. The Problem Search tool helps to find many of the latter but it does not report a person linked to himself as parent (it may report it as "Father 0 years old when person was born"). And it is very easy to link a person to himself as a Parent - RootsMagic does not challenge the validity of this action (I think it should). Do you run Problem Search globally?
