Pat - in my experience both will show up unless you do a "straight line" pedigree of only one lineage. Both will have a common descendant (you?) so one will show on your father's line and one on your mother's line (or wherever placed in your full lineage. There are literally thousands of cousin marriages in Acadian lines.... in fact, it it thought that nearly ALL Acadian marriages are to cousins. You may find the Mothers have a common ancestor who is related to you. Intermarriages are tough, but can be worked thru. Grandmothers make Great match makers.
