I am using Window 7 and Rootsmagic 7.2, Since I upgraded to Rootsmagic 7, ever so often when I do a backup to the external hard drive, my computer will freeze and the only way I can shut it down is by holding down the power button. This doesn't happen all the time so I can't get any clues as to why it happens at random times. I have even tried shutting down the computer using Task Manager and that doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem? I am a long time user of Rootsmagic and have not had this problem in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sharon Reinhardt
