This doesn't happen all the time so I can't get any clues as to why it happens at random times. I have even tried shutting down the computer using Task Manager and that doesn't work.  Is anyone else having this problem? I am a long time user of Rootsmagic and have not had this problem in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
