Pat, it does work. After you create the group of your end of lines, go back to reports and run the individual list. Where it defaults to "Everyone", change that to the named group you created. This will give you the report you want. This will give > you the report you want. Correct, it does work. But this presumes that your group contains just your end lines rather than containing all your ancestors. You get your group to contain just your end lines by marking your ancestors and then unmarking your "not end of lines". Your "not end lines" are people with parents. Such a procedure is not necessarily very intuitive. What does not work is creating a group of your ancestors and then trying to select just the end of lines when your run your report. You have to do all your selecting with marking and unmarking - while creating your group. Jerry
