Tom, I just want to be clear on what you said/did. If you created the website using RM6 then there are two choices in the Internet pull-down, you chose (or would have chosen) the Publish-Online option? If you created the website using RM7 then the choice of which type of website is in the next box after the Internet Pull-down (Generate Files for a website), in this case you chose (or would have chosen) RM6 style website? Then you created this functional CD using the Dwebpro free 'server' and imbedded the server in the CD/DVD? thanks \s\Rick ================================================WRT========================= ========== I just succeeded in creating a RM6 website on a CD-R that launches a new tab on my default, Chrome browser that was already open on external websites. As far as I can tell, the RM6 website performs normally. On inserting the CD, my Win 10 pc presented the AutoPlay dialog with the uppermost being "Install or run software from media" with the name "Start DWebPro". Clicking that opened the browser. I don't think there is any installation done from the CD - just the loading and execution of the server and a call passed to the browser. The new tab points to the DWebPro server at http://127.0.0.1:8080/ whose home page is that of my RM6 style website. I do not have another computer with a CD nor a spare flash drive to test nor do I know how portable this may be among different operating systems and default browsers. In any case, it was fairly easy to follow the steps. No need for any add-on packages such as MySQL because the RM6 style website is static. DWebPro is free for non-commercial use. http://www.dwebpro.com/ On Mon, May 30, 2016 at 11:24 AM, Tom Holden <ve3meo@gmail.com> wrote: > Have a look at http://www.dwebpro.com/ .
