I have had a few folks get computers with Win 10 or upgrade to Win 10 .. RM works fine but they can't open the media files .. Anyone have any suggestions? PLEASE .. Without a solution I don't want to give it a try on my computer!! Pat Mc
Could it be because they need to change the path to the media files in RootsMagic so it can find their media files? I upgraded my PC from Win 7 to Win 10 and RM had no trouble finding the media files when running under Win 10 - as they hadn't moved.
