Previously when I added a person, or edited a person, the working screen size for that activity was about one-fourth the size of the full screen and was more or less centered. Sometime while doing my entries, I 'hit' some key and now the working screens are all full size, and I don't like that. Is there any way to change it back to what it was before. Yvonne in St. Louis
In your working screen, use the min/max button (the box next to the red x in the upper right corner). If that does not do it, find the edges with your cursor and when you have the double headed arrow, pull it to the size want it. You will probably need to do that at the corners - or at each edge of that screen. If this is not in the middle where you like it, hold down your cursor on the top blue edge and move it where you want it to be. Hope this makes sense. Ok, maybe I'm missing something huge here. But I have a census record for a widow, with the minor children listed with her and I can't seem to get it to let me add a census (family) fact without attaching a spouse. She has a spouse, but I don't want him attached because he's deceased... so what do I do yall? I guess I could just use a census fact, but I really wanted it to show up as a family unit, because they are... Am I missing something obvious? Thanks in advance! Kyla
