Hi: I am researching my great, great grand father and great great great grandmother. Henry Fobes Jacobs born October 1833 in Baltimore Maryland probably Anne Arundel County. His mother, Ruth Dodge Fobes Jacobs born November 8, 1811 in Wilmington Delaware. My question is how to access these birth records or church records to prove the lineage. We are trying to prove that Ruth Dodge Fobes was Henry's mother and Azariah Fobes daugher. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, betsey Klyber
