Quite some time ago someone responded when there was a big discuss ion about Ancestry prices and a lady said that when she renewed she sent them an e-mail and typed in a word to let them know that she had been with them for some time and she always got the same price that she did when she first joined. Well, I am in the situation where it is time to renew and I wonder if anyone remembered or if the lady is reading this and could inform us of what  the word was that she typed in to let them know she had been a member for a long time and she got her discount each time.
