If you can find a death certificate, it may give you where he was buried. I sent away for my great grandfathers death certificate and it told me where he was buried. You would have to contact the Los Angeles hall of records, I believe they have forms on line you can print out, fill in your information, and mail in with a fee. Make sure you get a death form, fill it out the best you can. Also have you looked him up on Ancestry.com, it sometimes gives a lot of information on the men that were in service. My uncle is in there, it gave me a lot on where he was to his rank. Good Luck Sully
