no, but thank you. this one I was able to find. the one I'm looking for has separate screens for each of the country maps. one that shows all of the countries, and when you click on the country, then it goes to a screen with only that country on it. It's a non-American site, set up specifically for people to look for their ancestral/personal surnames. they only had England for the longest time (around a decade) then about last year they added Germany and several other places. some aren't complete.
