I looked and there are quite a few Enoch Harris hits. Do you have any more info? Several were colored. If he lived in Pennsylvania I must assume he was a Union soldier. Are you just looking for Civil War records? Fold3.com has an Enoch Harris in PA but no other info. Look at FamilySearch.org and try limiting your search to Pennsylvania. You'll find quite a bit. Don't just search the name on the first page of the website, look at collections/United States/Pennsylvania/...
