well, I found William and Mary Barnheisel Fee in 1860, but I had to browse the census, and I had to look for them where they were in 1870. the page is illegable (fortunately someone tried to transcribe it) and some of the names are wrong, William M. Fee is understandably miss-transcribed as William McFee. one child does appear to be Lillie May instead of Nellie J., I'll have to sort that out. although the 1870 is almost as illegable as the 1860, I can see that she is Nellie J. in 1870. I hope Ancestry can improve these. I can only assume they transcribed it from an original, there's no way they could have done it from Ancestry's scan. I notified Ancestry and attached it to William. I know it's them because he's a physician, and not a farmer or blue collar laborer. I also suspect that Niles is missing from the 1850 as well.
