Barbara..here is a tidbit of information I just found out the hard way. I needed information from a message I sent back in February 2012 and was I surprised to find Comcast/Xfinity deleted my sent folder. I now only have sent files from June on! Hubby and I did not realize there was a setting in the Preferences (top of your e-mail screen) that you MUST change or it will delete your e-mails!! So check your preferences while you are at it.. I would agree to download all your e-mail onto your computer and do not keep it on Xfinity/Comcast site.. I use Microsoft Outlook! Sandy _______ Subject: ROOTS Digest, Vol 7, Issue 219 1.
