Suggestions: The human eye can see only 32 shades of gray. Computers can see 256 shades of gray. I downloaded the page and used Paint Shop Pro to do an Adjust:One Step Photo Fix. Had to apply that feature 5 times to get a really good reading. The graphics program converts those shades of gray that the human eye can't see to shades the eye can see. Even with all the graphics program enhancements, the names are very hard to read.
