I have a Microsoft spread sheet completed that will need to print 19 pages of names When I click on the PRINT button I get the last page which shows 2 lines and then it will print only the Blank pages showing the line numbers only I have a HP desk top and the Works spread sheet Version 8 I have the Vista and would like to print the list. Some thing else I have to leave the Internet to Click on the Microsoft Spread sheet ? When I click on the View page it only shows have of the width I want to print What am I doing wrong. I assume you mean an Excel spreadsheet and I'm sure there are Excel forums much better equipped to help than a genealogy forum. Do you have Excel configured to print the entire spreadsheet or just certain parts?
