Hi Lynn Here is the reply I received this morning from Optus, it looks like neither of them want to help us Dear Dianna,, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this is not an issue that Optus can assist you with. You will need to speak to the recipient of your email i.e. the owner of the comcast email address, and ask them to raise the issue with their internet provider. The reason you are having troubles is that Comcast have blocked email from Optus Mail Servers. Optus have no control over this, only Comcast can remove the Block for their own mail servers, so that Optus customer can send to Comacast customers.
