Hi Everyone Would someone be so kind as to look for a Great Aunt of mine who was living in London on both census, her name is ELEANOR BYRNE (Single born around 1880 Ireland) There were two Eleanor Byrnes one died in 1853 London and one died in 1844 London. I would like to see where both of these ladies were born, it may just say Ireland or if I'm lucky it may have the town also. Any help is very much appreciated. Kindest regards Dianna

Dianna Not sure how Eleanor Byrne b ca 1880 relates to the two Eleanor Byrnes in London who d bef 1855, but here goes: The 1841 census has, in the Tower Hamlets: Eleanor Byrne, b ca 1816, Ireland, living in Poplar, Middx Eleanor Byrne, b ca 1839, Ireland, in Poplar, Middx (same household for these two, meaning that they moved to Middx after 1840) Husband was John Byrne, wife Eleanor. Other children were Elizabeth, Theodore, Marion, (all born Ireland) Mary, Anna (born in Middx ca 1840). John is a clerk. I do not find the family in 1851.
