Hi all- Not to belabor the topic, but I haven't seen anyone mention the way that I use to figure out "cousinship". If two people share grandparents, they are first cousins. If two people share great grandparents, they are second cousins, if two people share great great grands, they are third cousins, and so on. If Jane and I are first cousins, Jane's son is my first cousin once removed (one generation). Jane's grandson is my first cousin twice removed. Joanne Steckling
