Thanks for the link Nivard. I was aware that this was to happen. I visited the National Monuments Record offices at Swindon a couple of years ago to view the images, and was told of the digitisation project. Its a great resource, but doesn't appear to hold all of the images in the collection at Swindon. > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Message: 1 > Date: Tue, 26 Jun 2012 17:50:01 +0100 > From: Nivard Ovington <ovington1@sky.com> > Subject: [ROOTS-L] Britain from above - Early aerial photos > To: "roots@rootsweb.com" <roots@rootsweb.com> > Message-ID: <4FE9E839.5000303@sky.com> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed > > > Now live > > > http://www.britainfromabove.org.uk/ > > -- > Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > ************************************* -- Richard Brown Bromley, Kent U.K. Member of: - E.
