Were they Puerto Rican? I did a search on the surname and notice most in NY were born in PR. I am looking at the 1940 and all the names are Spanish and honestly <G> I don't think Horace is Spanish. I found a bunch of Hor* can't say they are the same but they are possibles and some are clearly the same man but you have to decide if they are your man.
