Can not search Oregon in 1940 yet but in 1930 they lived on 1042 E Grant St, now if you go to stevemorse.org and look for the US Census then the 1940 Enumeration District finding tool you can plug in the above address and get what the likly ED is for 1940 http://stevemorse.org/census/unified.html In the end you come up with on ED to search (free at the government site) 37-174 and at NARA leaves you only 16 images to check. Due to the fat the family rented in 1930, this pose a problem. I found the district but they're not listed there. Guess you have to wait for FamilySearch to finish setting up index link.
