    3. This is kind of a weird question, but does anyone know if there is a "high-end" 3 ring binder?  I took some home from work to put papers in and once filled, the blasted binder rings keep opening up when I turn pages.  Is there a really good quality binder that anyone uses where the rings stay shut, even when filled to capacity? Thanks, Barton

    3. Barton, D-ring binders work well with a high volume of papers. They're available at any office supply store.
