I've seen the image IDed as Ramona Carrillo de Pacheco de Wilson, as her daughter Ramona Wilson de Hillard, and as a cousin Ramona (going from memory) Avila. Judging from the attire of the woman (her gown is quite distinctive!) and boy, hair, other clues, can anyone narrow down when the date of this?
