Re: Russ and FTM and Ancestry also Familysearch Hello Russ; I have had problems with my sync on a few occasions and when I called Ancestry, they quickly helped me fix it. It has always been a problem with MY computer---sometimes the clock or date was incorrect (How---I do not know---gremlins, I guess). I always do my search from Ancestry, then let it sync (update) my FTM (I have an older version). Have you tried the free-Familysearch (from the Mormons)? They have many new features. I am grateful they have been so generous in their sharing; new items are added to the data bases, daily.
