Last eve I logged into the family site I host and requested the "Export Now'. Today I have received TWO private emails that state "YOUR MYFAMILY EXPORT FILE IS READY' We have completed the processing of your MyFamily content export file. Further, I tried accessing current content i.e.: photo or posted dialogue in the News section to which they state will operate as normal till Sept 5 but that function NO LONGER WORKS BUMPING ME EACH TIME again and again to only the page to Request an 'Export' and then kicks me off the site. THE ONLY THING ON THE SITE I COULD ACCESS WAS MY OWN ACCOUNT! I telephoned MyFamily today and got the same old stupid answers from the same stupid woman and OF COURSE no supervisor or tech person was available. I asked her WHY last week when I spoke with a supervisor I was NOT TOLD the family sites were going to be shut down finding this out just last eve through this Message board. She stated "they didn't know this last week." I also, from the family site, attempted a mass mailing to all our members of this new development, received no confirmation (even I didn't receive one to my private email) that AGAIN placed me back at the 'Request an Export' page. If anyone has any further luck as to what to do about this please advise.
