Offlist from another list, a couple people suggested that HRK was Helen Richardson Kluegel. I had a friend in Salt Lake look through her books and it is confirmed that HRK's "Descendants of William Richardson (1620-1657), immigrant ancestor of Newbury, Massachusetts, and his wife, Elizabeth Wiseman" book 12 is the source of the mis-copied page I was looking for.
