Not an expert to be sure. The wording after Authority is just the regulation that permitted the burial. She is buried in the National Cemeter by the authority as shown. The date of the regulation is 11 July 1952. If this is close to what you think is the burial date, it is purely coincidental. That is the way I see it. Ron Submarine Vet.
