I have something of a problem which I don't have a solution for. I have been a user and proponent of a genealogical software for some time. I have had a relative buy it for her use. She is a FTM user and apparently only has data (pics and docs) on Ancestry. Is there any way her computer based genealogical program can access these items or must she download and build a link to them on her computer? Ron Submarine Vet.
