The 1900 census of Marion has August Northoff, b Sep 1858, Widowed, Germany, Blacksmith Frank, son, b Jul 1891, Indiana Clara M, dau Feb 1892, Indiana Lizzy, dau, May 1894, 4, Indiana George, Dec 1899,. 6/12, Indiana Again, next door, are the Segars So, it appears that this Frank is not the same as the Frank you seek.
