Need More information. Which version of FTM does your relative use? If it is the later versions, does she have her tree synced with an Ancestry Member Tree (AMT)? If she does, she can download that tree or use her local tree (the FTM file) and create a Gedcom file for you - if you use a different program and cannot import an FTM file. I may not have answered your question, so more information from you might help to answer better! I have been a user and proponent of a genealogical software for some time. I have had a relative buy it for her use. She is a FTM user and apparently only has data (pics and docs) on Ancestry. Is there any way her computer based genealogical program can access these items or must she download and build a link to them on her computer?
