Emery, When I was ready to reinstall my downloaded RootsMagic Program from Windows XP to Windows 7, I called RootsMagic Technical Support Phone: 1-801-489-3102 (Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). I had my registration key available when I made the call and if I remember correctly the download to the new computer was made at that time. I had backups and/or GEDCOMS of my data bases and installed them. This was the easiest way for me.
