Looking for an obituary or death article for Welton Kennedy who was born on Sept. 20, 1958 and died Sept. 1, 1982. He lived in Ballston Spa, NY 12020 up until at least 1977 but don't know if he died there. I have the SS# if that would help. Thanks for any assistance and please reply to carola1243@aol.com
