Mike It is not how much memory you have installed but how much free memory you have. With your type of problem it might help to also give the type of computer (PC or MAC) and the operating system. If you have Windows 10, look at the task manager (ctl+alt+del) It will have lots of information. Do you have multiple programs running at one time? That can use up a lot of memory.
