Trying again to find some new eyes on this brick wall. Looking for descendants of Arthur R. Skinner and Mary Jane Skinner. Same last name. They were married in Rockford, Winnebago, IL 1857. Hoping someone will have information about Arthur R. Skinner's parents. I know for a fact they are NOT Stephen & Lydia Mead Skinner or Stephen and Fannie Spooner Reid Skinner. None of Stephen's siblings had son named Arthur.
