She can make someone who does have a subscription...a family member perhaps, an editor on her DNA account and they can view the results, matches, etc. They can obtain a low cost DNA Insights subscription for $49 for a full year that provides full access to everything except the subscription databases. This subscription is only available if you call and request it. But the basics are available to those with only a DNA test and a free guest subscription.
