    3. Hi Jone, I agree with Margaret. There are so many 12 marker matches that I don't even bother with them. The 37 or more markers are much better. I also hope your DNA was tested at FTDNA. They keep the samples so, if for some reason you want a 67 marker test or possibly other tests which the site offers, your brother won't have to send in another sample.
