Hi everyone I am doing research on the above who was the Regimental Surgeon for the 46th regiment, Infantry Volunteers (Company B) PA during the civil war. From Henry FULLERS civil war pension file, Dr. McDonough was living at one time (at least in 1882) in California, Washington County Pa, as Henry was treated by Dr. McDonough whilst serving in the war. I was hoping to find any information on this doctor if any of his journals/diaries may have been archived somewhere. Just to add some more details to Henry Fullers story. Any help most appreciated.
