A few weeks back the Rootsweb server went down. I can understand a few weeks recovery for an unexpected problem. BUT, one of my major research approaches was to check my newly updated gedcoms with the Ancestry “green leave’s” that popped up with vital records, etc. It has been weeks at this point, with no explanation as to when the “green leaves” feature would be enabled. My inquiry to the help desk was totally unacceptable. They offered NO solution as when the problem would be resolved. PLEASE someone fix this problem. Can others write and complain?
