    3. Does anyone know where I CAN GET A NEW VERSION OF THIS THAT WILL WORK WITH WINDOWS 10 MINE IS 30YEARS OLD I have called all the phone numbers I have with no results Many thanks

    3. Familysearch quit support and downloads in 2013. I think you really need a new program. Fortunately there are many good products most of which have free versions.
