HI Everyone I’m hoping that someone maybe able to tell me please of the best websites and resources to research early African-American families in Pennsylvania early to late 1700’s. This research is a bit complicated and I need all the help I can get really. The family I’m researching are referred to as Mulatto (1800) Washington Co. PA.
