2. Drew Smith
3. If you're using Evernote, and all of your notes are in synced notebooks, then you don't need to copy the notes to an external device. They already exist as a copy in the cloud, and when you then install Evernote on your PC under Windows 7, they should automatically download to your PC. If you're not sure that all your notes are in the cloud, just go to evernote.com, sign in with your Evernote ID and password, and see if a copy of your notes is there. From both inner cities is about 8.5 km in a straight line to the Dortmund district Luetgendortmund. Among the cities Castrop-Rauxel and Witten , the distance is only 6 km. Geography [ Edit ] The People's Garden Luetgendortmund is about 10 hectares, the largest green area of the district. It was created in 1907 at the request of the local administration, which acquired the property from forest, farmland and meadows, to make it a recreation area to make. The costs of around 113,400 Mark for installation of the outdoor recreation area were from the community Luetgendortmund, the Harpen Mining AG , the district Dortmund and worn by individuals. The nature reserve Dellwiger forest in the east of the municipality extends around the house Dellwig . In the western part of the lies Bövinghausen bordering small woodland Rough wood . This forest extends towards downtown Bochum. The boundary between Dortmund and Bochum is dominated by agricultural land. 2006 was the generations Park inaugurated, which is to give both young and older people the opportunity to spend their leisure time actively. Several rivers flow through the city Lütge Dortmund. To the north is the Dellwiger Bach , who from the old heap of Zollern mine springs. He runs north of the house Dellwig and unites at Marten with the Schmechtingsbach to Rossbach , in Huckarde in the Emscher flows. The Dellwiger Bach has two tributaries, the Deipenbeck whose source is to be found in the southeast Lütge Dortmund, and the Katzbach, which rises in the People's Garden. All streams flow in a northerly and easterly direction to the Emscher, which runs to the east of Luetgendortmund. Numerous streams and springs were the mining victim. This includes the source of the former monastery Marie Born, who was present at the Westermann road until 1929. Eliz Not Today and Not without a Fight (Anon) For all that has been, thanks. Vickery & Riverside) We all have the opportunity to serve our community. Come learn how you can change the course of a Child's life. They all deserve a brighter future. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Tarrant County is an organization of volunteer Advocates who stand up on behalf of abused and neglected children because they want them to have a future brighter, more hopeful than their past. These volunteers come from all walks of life. They are ordinary people doing extraordinary things. They speak up for children that have been neglected, abused, ignored. They're trained and they have a cause - with a first and last name. About 400 abused and neglected children in Tarrant County are currently waiting on the critical voice of a volunteer Advocate. Speaker: Teddi Wiggins is the Outreach Recruitment Specialist for CASA of Tarrant County. She has been with the agency since April 2010. Teddi came to CASA with over 25+ years of media sales experience. Having served in several volunteer organizations including Safe Haven Shelter where she did intake of battered families, Cook Children's Hospital as a communication liaison between parents, children, and hospital staff, and Alumni President of both All Saints' Episcopal School and Nolan Catholic High School, Teddi understands the important role volunteers play in the success of an organization.

1. Re: [ROOTS-L] double escrow?
2. And remember, it cost to register that deed.? You could sit on it for generations before taking it to the courthouse. Betty S. Message-ID: <[email protected].com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" The reason that you see property bought and sold on the same day is that you are only seeing the deals made official. It may have been purchased years before on a handshake and when it came time to sell it again, all parties involved picked a day and made their way to the county courthouse. Sometimes this would happen if one of the parties involved was moving out of the area. Making the trip to the courthouse wasn't always easy for folks living in the far reaches of some counties. Also, don't be surprised if you see several land transactions on a single day. It was convenient to settle up all the business at once, even though the sales may have occurred over several years. --- Original message from Audrey Barber --- I came across a deed that described a property that I identified and found that one of my ancestors had purchased that property on Oct.2, 1844 for $1200. and the same day sold it to someone else for the same price. I know it is the same property because I had a land surveyor figure it out in case I was wrong. Can anyone out there think of a reason that this would take place??

3. Beverly, The place, I believe, is Lutgendortmund with an umlaut over the u. Here it is googled http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dortmund-Lütgendortmund His passport application on Ancestry.com does not list the place in Germany where his brothers wetre living in 1923 when Henry applied for a U.S. Passport. He lists his destinations as Germany to visit brothers and then to travel to Holland, Switzerland, and France. He was living in Pekin, Illinois, at the time and was working as a miner. Thanks for the blessings! I'm trying to figure what this place is currently known as so I can add it to his FindAGrave.com memorial page. I don't have a subscription with Ancestry.com for out of country records, but there is a Heinrich August Nordhoff listed.
